Tapjoy isn't paying out rewards and won't answer my emails - TapJoy

Hi I enjoy using tapjoy when it works however I use it daily to get diamonds for the game samurai siege and so many times (estimate of ab 60%) it doesn't payout. I have emailed over and over again and have never gotten a response :( it's frustrating bc they get paid per download and I have downloaded so many things that I never recieved rewards for. It takes up a lot of my time to download and then run and mess around with each app or fill out surveys , make phone calls, use credit agency's etc. other than the high chance of not getting my rewards and lack of customer service I love it!!! my email address is nicole.giordano111@aol.com if you have any questions.
