Dissapointed - Rewards????? What rewards?????

I have multiple missing diamonds from clicks, and sign ups, with no rewards as promised by TapJoy . The missing diamonds are for my singing monsters game. I have ticket #s for each missing reward, but there is zero communication from TapJoy on the status of these. I would like to be provided the missing rewards immediately.
