Tapjoy - My Vampire Wars Favor Points offer wasn't credited - Vampire Wars Favor Points


Good evening.
I'm having been contacting the suport service for 13 days now. I've made an offer at April 30, via DineroMail and the payment choice was bank billing. I made the payment at May 5 and got a confirmation e-mail from DineroMail at May 6. On May 9, 3 days after the payment, I still wasn't credited with the 80 favor points I've broght, so I contacted tapjoy . I sent 3 mesages: May 9, May 13 and May 15. On May 16, I've got an e-mail from Sreejesh Tapjoy Support Team, saying "Hello Nessa, You have been fully credited for this offer. Your credits should now be available in your account, but should you have further questions regarding this offer, please let us know.Thank you".

So, I went to Vampire Wars game to check and my favors points weren't credited as he said they had been.
Then, in May 16 I sent another mesage telling that I didn't received the favor points and another mesage at May 17 and May 18. Today I'm sending another mesage, asking someone there to answer me and help me with this problem. My status shows as "Auto-credited", but I WASN'T credited at all, I still with the amount of favors I have for my normal playing and level up, but yet nothing of 80 favor points I've payed for.
All I want is: Please, can someone made the credit? Or at least contact me? I have all ticket numbers from the mesages, the payment ticket and all e-mails to prove what I'm saying.
All I want is get the favor points that I've payed for or a response from attending service and yet, no favor points were credited or they made a contact with me, all I get is a BIG silence!!!
Please, I want a response and a solution for my case!!!! 13 days and no favor points!!!! They seems to be ignoring me, but I did pay for something and didn't got it!

Thanks a lot! Seems like that Tapjoy custumer service finally heard my complaints! I've just got an e-mail warning me that the 80 Favor Points were credited and apologizing for the delay. I went to check and it was really credited this time.
I'm glad everything was solved, but it's a shame that it took 16 days to someone solve a problem, that even needed to be turned into a problem if the custumer service had worked as it should.
My 1st attempt with Tapjoy, past October was just great, I was pretty sad to have to show my disappointement here, because of the lack of communication between custmers and your service, when things could be solved easily and fast, like just happen.

Anyway, thanks for your attention and patience, my problem is solved and NOW I'm a satisfied client (I could be more satisfied if I didn't need to wait 14 days for my credits). :)
