Missing Gems - Upgrade your Citadel to Level 10 in Final Fantasy XV

I have been waiting for quite a while now ever since I finished my task and I haven't received my gems.When I first looked at it,I was so amazed for how much gems it would give and i when i finished the task,I didn't receive my rewards.I have heard that people have received the gems after months of waiting but I am growing unpatient and I hope that I can get my gems soon.
